This card payment was settled vide SBI Trace No.Delhi8120091282050 dtd.28.01.2009 for full & final payment of Rs. 12250.00
The payment was made vide Cheque no.708135 dtd.29.01.2009 for Rs. 12250.00, but this cheque failed.
SBI Credicard Executive came to me personally on 06.022009 to take the Cheque payment by Demand Draft.
Demand Draft No.437622 dtd. 06.02.2009, the SBI Credit Card executive told me that he will send me the revised Final Settlement Letter. But the final SBI letter was not received till date.
After this payment , I have nothing to owe to SBI credit Card Department.
On 03.07.09, I got One Letter from M/S Pathak Associates, Delhi-92 vide their letter no.PA/INARB_03.07.10/LOT_11/4955 demanding a HAFTY Amount of Rs.62814.40 against the said SBI credit card.
I was getting repeated calls from Gurgaon SBI Call Center. Number of times I requested that I have fully paid the full settlement payment but still call center went on harassing me through calls.
On 24.07.10 I got one Letter from the Office of The Sole Arbitrator,Rekha Gupta, G-724, 7th floor, Karkardooma Court Complex New Delhi-32 Rekha, & order me to appear in her office on 10th, August,10, at 1400 hrs.
M/S SBI Cards & payment Services Pvt. Ltd. one sided deployed , Arbitrator which is not acceptable to me. I am sure I cannot get justice from one sided ARBATRATOR.Rekha Gupta, I therefore approach CONSUMER Forum to address my grevances.
I am a Senior Citizen having HEART ATTACK & a diabetic patient.
Kindly help me to sort out this matter.

After this payment , I have nothing to owe to SBI credit Card Department. And i have recieved the statement after the payment and as per the statement the account is 0.
On 03.01.2011, I got one Letter from the Office of The Sole Arbitrator,Rekha Gupta, G-724, 7th floor, Karkardooma Court Complex New Delhi-32 Rekha, & order me to appear in her office on 13th, Jan,2011, at 14:30 hrs.
