Dear SIR,

HI.... I am Prashant S.Kasurde here from pune.
Sir would like to inform u that ICICI bank offer me credit card but they unable to give my first 4 bills statement after several instruction. But after that i sincerely paid my total bill amount after my first bill generation via cheque , that amount told me on verbally and on my cell before 7 days of due date. Actually i was going to pay all amount by cash in my nearest branch but customer care executive force to better u give cheque to our executive. And accordingly i have done the same and taken receipt form executive and got relaxed.
Interested thing was that ICICI bank is misplace my given full amount of cheque and also not given my first statement of bills purposely. They are deny to give details of my that given cheque.

After all this history i cleared all dues as per bank said but they send my name/record to CBIL dept with bad remark. Because of this reason i cant any type of loan from any bank.

I was taken matter with ICICI customer care but they are going to help me SIR.

Kindly do the needful & pl help me SIR, I have all proofs(Receipt) if required.
