This is to bring into your kind notice that
I Had a HDFC credit card with my name Rahul Jaiswal.which had a pending amount of Rs24000/- which was my pending amount i owed it to HDFC BANK.
On 25-11-10 @ 10am asking me too deposit the money soon.to which i replied saying that i will definatly pay up the bills by 7th or 8th of dec. as by this time i will recieve a payment for my work.but on 26-11-10 a girl called me up around 15 or 17 times while i was driving she literally harassed me & abused a lot on phone threatening me to deposit the money rite now.For which i have got the proof as a phone call recording giving me threats & mnetally harassing me.i told her i won't speak to her ask your supervisor to give me call.with which on 27th of the same month i got a call from the same number asking me to give me the details of paid dues i told them the whole scenario they got defensive in their approach & tried to bluff me by giving a complimentary discount of some so called late fees.after that they even didn't bother to give me a call.

After few days on 11 december 2010 they locked my savings account stating that my credit card has dues. I called them up, to pay the minimum dues. but they didn't enetertained my plea as i am only person earning my livelihood with my account which had Rs 19047/- & my account showed balance of Rs 0/-
i plead them saying please take the minimum balance outstanding from me & take rest of the amount next month but they are not listening to us & not attending my calls.

they have locked my account and this time confiscated Rs19047.08. The phone numbers they sent me didn't work. I tried calling them repeatedly. Statement & customer care reveals that the only amount payable is 6084.78 till now.but no one is helping me out.

Is there anything i can do to get back this money which is rightfully mine?
Or else I have almost made up my mind to "Commit Suicide" which is the only way i think i can forget about this fraud done by HDFC BANK
