i have to issue a complaint regarding the amount deduction from my saving account of amount 827.0 rs.without any warning or notification how can bank take my money like this.there was no such rule explained to us in the time of opening the account that any minimum amount should be there or like that.

it's a duty to message about the rule implementation and informing that you are cutting the amount.

note:- if hdfc bank can MSG in a day 5 times about loans,and other stuffs then how come you are not capable to message about the rule implementation and warning for amount deduction.
