Dear Sir/Madam,

I have a salary Account in HDFC bank from February 2010 onwards. I was very much convinced with the services of the HDFC till the Sep 2011. But in the month of October the bank has deducted the RS 827.25 stating Narration as "AQB SER CHGS INC ST & CESS JUL-SEP2011". Its already a salary account then how come the minimum charges fine has been deducted without intimating me. If there is some low balance in the account then at least bank should either inform or should intimate me through the mail.


So kindly look into this matter.

i had hdfc account and i had maintained the minimum balance which was told by the agent of hdfc that i had to maintain 10,000Rs quarterly in my account. But still they had deducted the amount of Rs 827.25 from my account "AQB SER CHGS INC ST & CESS JUL-SEP2011" . Please help me for this regard.

Some body has called me today morning from hdfc bank, lakdikapool brance and saying like they will not inform to us itseems. We need to go to the policy.
What this nonsense.....You need to inform all the policies changed.

No information that my salary account is transferred to savings account.
No information that for 3 months account should maintain 10000/- minimum balance.
No information about deduction of charges.

I want to register in Consumer Court.

Please clariy these things.
