1. On 14 Oct myself withdrawal a sum of rs. 3000/- but cash not come out amount debited in my account as per following
details.

2. After some time I again try once but cash come out a sum of Rs.3000/- vide txn No. 4674 and another amount debited from my account as per d

3. In view of above please help me and try re-credit Rs. 3000/- against txn No 4673 dated 14 Oct 2011.
