I went to withdraw money from my ATM and I noticed that my balance has been deducted. I was astonished to see that and I called HDFC phone banking to know the details. They said that there is a payment of Rs 600 made for a bill payment. I said that I never did that and as a result they blocked my account and card and all the pin and launched a complaint (Mumc1011076397) and asked me to wait for 7 working days for a resolution. After 7 working days I contacted the bank and they said that the complaint has been closed with no resolution. I called up several times but got no resolution and most of the times I was hung up by the representatives. I am very much frustrated as neither they investigated anything nor they gave the the appropriate information (like the phone number to which the payment was made) to me. PLEASE HELP as its a BIG HARASSMENT
