Hi I am an account holder in HDFC bank and i applied for Gold debit card 2 months which I was promised will recieve in 10 working days but never recieved in few days they retained my old and i kept on waiting for a new card but they already deducted some ammount from my bank balance without infroming me for new card and after few days i visited the nearest HDFC bank which is in udyog vihar gurgaon to find out about my card i informed him that i was never informed about the charges while applying but i still agreed for the charges and asked about my new card as I was having my companies mailing address on the bank account i request them to sent it to my home mailing address bt they never changed they promised me that I can collect the card from the bank after 2 days and I kept on visiting the bank continously for 1 month and they kept on sending it to my companies mailing where my company do not accept bank cards. I was very frustated at last they gave me call to collect my gold debit card and it was my 10th visit to my home branch, they gave me my card which i used and it was also immediately reatined and they ended up giving me reason that it was hotlisted and then they said there is new card sent and atlast they again sent me a normal hdfc shopping card but not the gold card and there is no records for the previous deduction and I am totally frustated with the services and I have visited more than 10 times physically to the home branch still I don't have proper solution so please help me.
