    Default HDFC BANK Account Problem

    Hello Sir,
    My name is Divyesh.D.Vora .I have a Complain against the Employees. Before 6 month, I have tried to transfer my A/C from Jamnagar Branch to Rajkot Main Branch. I have also tried to add my Saving A/c to Preferred A/c. My Firm A/c is preferred. I have talked my RM who is held my firm’s A/c to Add my name in my Firm A/c.He talked me to open a new A/c and then convert new A/c to Preferred A/c.When he talled me the close the old A/c and open a new A/c, and I will suggest to transfer my A/c from Jamnagar to Rajkot. He talled me OK for the transfer and I submit the Transfer Form to RM.After 5-6 days I call the RM for my a/c is transfer or not. He can’t pick up my phone. Then I go to bank and ask the RM WHY MY A/C IS NOT TRANSFER? He told me the form is misplaced and I also sign a new form and get it to the RM.Then after I go to bank after 15 days, he talled me I forget your form and say SORRY. Then He talled, in some days I will transfer you’re a/c.But he can’t process to my A/c and when I ask him WHY MY A/C IS NOT TRANSFER? He tells me I forget your form in my DRAWER. Then after he can’t start the process to transfer the A/c. Now I am tried from him .In now a days, I go to bank regularly and ask my a/c is transferred or not. He can’t give me the reply about my a/c is not transferred or not. Then in November I will repeat the process to transfer my a/c.I will go to bank Many times but operator told me go to there and there. At last I decided to close my a/c and I go to branch to close my a/c,I take a form for closing the A/c.But at that time one employee of the bank to co-operate with me and support me to transfer the A/c.Then I think let me the last try. I agree with him. Last time i.e. 3rd time I fill up the transfer form and submit it to operator. After 5-6 days I go to bank for confirmation, my a/c is transfer or not. At that time Operator talled me the form is rejected because he forget to write the CUST ID in the form and then he send my form to the main office. These whole processes are running 15-20 days. And last my a/c is transferred and my new a/c no. is given to me. In these all process I will charge from bank to NOT MAINTAIN the Balance in the A/c.I ask one thing WHY I SHOULD PAY THE CHARGE .Your employees is faulty in these whole process and I will get a charge because of my a/c is not transferred at right time. I m not responsible to pay the charges against your employees fault.So I will tell try to help to solve these problem as soon as possible. Yours Faithfully,
