I and my Brother in Law open a Joint account no: 03281000067364 in March,2009 with HDFC Bank, Branch Vikas Puri , but In December,2011, I want to closed this Joint Account
But, HDFCBANK Officer said your HDFC Credit Card link with this Joint Account firstly de-register credit card than I De-register Credit Card by Net banking option in 14th January and also Cancel Credit Card but Bank Executive said your credit card link active till now than I said this is your Bank System Problum because when I Check in HDFC Bank NetBanking this is De-register than Customer care executive Mr. Gyan Prakash give me Complaint no: and said that I submit your Complaint to Chennai Head Office, than I Call to Mr. Gyan Prakash Gupta after 2 weeks than they said sorry sir same problum, I can not close your Account
