Till date I have not received the cheque book though the normalo working lag time is 3 working days. A meesage to the their email provided with a copy to the MD, Aditya Puri has not elicited any response till date.

I want to register a harsh complaint about the courier service.
I am receiving calls from the courier company that I will receive my cheque book tomorrow from a weeks time and My people from my family is waiting everyday that cheque book will come today but it never happens nobody turns out
I am literally fed up of such kind of service
I have got the despatch details of My cheque book from the branch
the despatch date is 19/07 and no. is 141041053377 and today is 03/08 and I still haven't received it
Is this the way to treat customers. Iam really annoyed

i have try to inquer at support@hdfcbank.com but no reply of any of my mail.

I have seen some same complint of cheque book not received from courier JSD EXPRESS even why HDFC Bank continue this courier?
