    Default HDFC Bank Complaint

    My name is Chetan P. Trivedi and have a salary account with HDFC bank - Delhi branch for last 2.5 months. I have been chasing for change in address for last 2 months and they are giving all stories and in short that has not happened till date. I dont understand what kind of professionalism HDFC bank delivers? Very bad services and they are worst bankers - all I can say thru my experience with HDFC bank. they are a bunch of liars.

    Default Stopped SMS & Mail Alert along with Net Banking facility

    Dear All

    I have a Salary account(00691140006522) with HDFC Bank more than 5 years but from last few months not able to access net banking facility even not getting the SMS & Mail alert from HDFC Bank for any debit & credit transactions.

    Please note that earlier i was got the SMS & Email alert time to time but suddenly all these stopped from last 6 month without any reason. also note that I had applied twice at your HDFC Bank branch at Kalyani Nagar & Kharadi Branch ,Pune but till date not resolution ..facing the same problem.

    Kindly look into the matter & also give me the time line how much will you take time to activate the same.

    Default HDFC worst bank

    Hi,

    I have a HDFC salary account. I have been facing lot of issues with them since my account has been opened, every now and then they open my demat account, deduct an amount for some policy from my account without informing me for the policy. can anyone please suggest me a proper channel to lodge complaint against them

    Dear Sir,

    This is reference to our new Saving Account opening at HDFC Vartak Nagar Branch at Thane . I opened this account on my spouse name Mrs. Sheetal Suyash Munje and submitted all related documents to your Customer Service Counter (To Mr. Kiran/ Smita) on 07.08.10
    But Till date neither account is activated nor any confirmation for processing is confirmed to us. We have launched 3 complaints on Customer service desk No, but nothing has happened.
    We are continuously calling and making follow-ups to your personals in bank, but we are not getting any positive response from their side also. We have already deposited 1.37 Lacs in this account.
    It was told to us that account will be activated in 4-5 working days. But even after 30 days the account has not been activated. Such type incidences are not only troubling the customers but also spoiling the name of your bank.

    I will request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve the case as early as possible

    Default regarding charges of atm transaction

    dear sir,
    i have an saving acoount in yr gwalior branch no. 01921720001644 named abhay saxena.
    my complaint is that on date 21/10/2011 and 22/10/2011 you are debited my account with amount rs.802 , rs.830 and rs.765 respectively. when i confirmed about the charges the phone banker told me that they are other atm widthwral charges of month july , august and september. sir can you told me, as other bank deduct the charges at the same time of transaction, why u r not do this as per rbi rule. this is not a legal procedure to deduct the charges with out any information. sir i request you to credit all the debited amount in my account as sson as possible. because this is not a right way to furnish the charges from the customer.

    Thumbs down very poor service

    Hi,

    I am holding HDFC bank(14181000060513)saving account from last 6 months .Now last month some of there executive ask me to apply for new Debit card,i have filled that form dated 14/Oct 2011. my old card blocked After 5-6 days but I not receive my new debit card. After a week i receive a call from HDFC bank call by (monika)she informed to collect the debit card.frm bank.But I’m not in city Same day I was in delhi I ask to send my debit card to my home address.but till date I not receive my debit card. I also applied credit card but no response by hdfc staff ……….
    .

    So, from the last 2 weeks i am not able to withdraw money and they have done really mental harasement and i am totaly handicapped.

    Please take strict action against them for the harasement they have giving.Waiting for you positive reply rajan_90003@yahoo.co.in ……

    Angry Wrong Debit from the account

    I am struggling to get the money back from last 10-15 days, Have raised the issue to call Center & grievance Cell but nobody is responding..

    Case is my account is debit on 14 Nov, without my knowledge, i had not done any transaction. HDFC is quoting it is been instructed by Life Style(Merchant) for same. Have requested for the POS sign Copy, yet no response.

    Complain No 41843/11-12/1268, 43742/11-12/0764, Grievance HBL 013655026

    Kindly look into the matter immi.

    Unhappy No credit of Salary

    Dear Sir I am from Chennai my name is Swaminathan an Ex employee of HDFC yet I havent received my due compensation for one month despite repeated requests. Please advice there is an improper behaviour in the branch I worked
