    Thumbs down HDFC bank complaint

    HDFC bank is the biggest loosers. 1 cheque was deposited in their GLF galeria branch on 7th april. money doesnt show in my account even after 14days. it shows their incapability to serve their customer. when i try to lodge a complaint the customer care excutive kept me waiting for 15 mins.

    HDFC bank is thief. or seems Deepak parekh isnt getting salary, so they are stealing customer money

    I have hdfc savings account number 03771000040108 on april 21 i came know that all my money 40,000=00 repess have blocked without any intimation , ofcourse they have my phone number,postal address and my email address , i called to customer care they said u amount has blocked because your credit card bill was not payed ---- i said those money was lended from my friend because my sister marriage is ahead in a month -- i asked bank people to release the funds but they refused ----------now what to do ---------my sisters marriage is there ahead in a month-----------only one thing we have to do -------all my family member must sucide infront of the hdfc bank -------------------please consumer forum take action pls i request i beg ---------------please contact me at 98490 12462(hyderabad,ap)

    Unhappy HDFC Savings Account Money kept on Hold against Credit Card Payment

    Dear Sir,

    I was out of Job for last couple of months and could not pay the outstanding due amount on my card No: *************.

    However about a month ago I got a new job and my salary account was opened with HDFC Bank. On 5th of May, 2010 I checked my account and around 55000 rupees were kept on hold against credit card payment outstanding. (Total Credit Card Limit was Rs. 40000/- + Interest of around 15,000 is been levied).

    My sister is getting married in coming 2 months and hence I badly need money. I have contacted customer care department of credit card and told them about my situation but they say they cant help it.

    I have no problem in paying the principal amount of Rs. 40000/- to HDFC Bank (May be 3 Installments will be help full).

    I am in a deep trouble and looking forward for a support.

    Default Money on Hold

    Hi All
    I was using a credit card 1.5 yrs Back , due to some unavoidable reasons in my family i need to use it. After that i paid HDFC Bank continuously the EMI amount , didn't miss even a single month paid for 5-6 months. Unfortunately i left my job was not having job at that time. Now i got a new job. As i trusted HDFC bank in many terms i wished to have salary account relationship with HDFC Bank. This month i got my first salary , but unfortunately HDFC bank took my Funds on Hold. As a human being , its my heartly request to HDFC Bank if they can hear my call. I can give p.d.c checks or any settlement kind. But please consider my case as after a long period i got a job , Please do the needfull.

    Default HOLD funds in savings account 36800/-

    Dear Sir,

    Recently i got new job and opened salary account with HDFC bank.
    On 2nd June, 2010 I checked my account and around 36870/- rupees were kept on hold against credit card payment outstanding. (Total Credit Card Limit was Rs. 22000/- + Interest +late payment fee+ overlimit of around 20,000 is been levied).

    I am the lone earner of family of 6 members and i can't survive my family without money.My father is a heart patient and he is in tension because of all this..

    I have contacted customer care department of credit card and told them about my situation, but they say concerned person will conatct me regrading the same, but till now i have not received any call from HDFC bank.( i have also lodged complaint with call centre-10154629926)

    I have no problem in paying the principal amount of Rs. 22000/- to HDFC Bank (May be 2 Installments will be help full).

    Default regarding hdfc swaping machine with current account

    sir this is dr pankaj bhardwaj ,recently i open a current account no 00882020002024 ,with amount of 25000/,they assured me to install card swaping machine with in 2 workind days but still after 24 days i m just waiting and very poor responce from hdfc bank side.what should i do?

    I am Meena Sharma with Cust Id:27770235.

    I made a payment on 30th sep 2010 via netbanking to ease my trip,but when i confirmed the payment i got a "GATEWAY ERROR". after i checked my account amount of Rs 6790 has been debited with Refrence no 0556 .I have checked with Ease my trip they have not received it yet,the status of this transaction is pending at thier end.
    So Please if the transaction has not been made yet,then cancel it.
    Otherwise update me with the current situation.

    Stop posting the following message:

    As you might not know that someone who has no importance to their a/c post their a/c no.'s. In this case it is clear that people who have posted their a/c no.'s have already shifted their primary a/c to some other bank or are just waiting for their problem to get solved and ditch you.

    Hi, This is Aravind. I have an account with hdfc bank.
    Amt 827 is deducted from my hdfc bank account without my knowledge under AQB SER CHGS INC ST & CESS APR-JUN2011. Is there anyway to get my money back. Otherwise I want to close my account.

    Thumbs down For salary account AQB charges

    I am customer of HDFC Bank since 2004. To my surprise today i.e, on 16.07.2011, when I checked my SB account of Airport Road Branch, Bangalore( Account # 0075 104 0000 948 , there was a deduction of Rs 214..25 towards ' AQB SER CHGS INC ST & CESS for April- Jun 2011 respectively. Ultimately making my balance as NIL on 19th July 2011. What is this AQB charges and other charges and how the bank can deduct these charges without any prior information and warning to me? even for salary account, I am hearing this first time? Why this is being deducted? A customer keeps his account in a bank for saving his money with interest paid on it but here, HDFC doing otherwise by illegally deducting amount from my account and making it NIL balance. How a bank can do all this as per his will?
    So, I request to remit the HDFC bank to remit the above amount immediately or else I will be forced to take action in consumenr court.

    Default Credit card Settlement plan.

    Hi,

    Recently, From past few weeks that's from the time i had Hold funds shocking me, I've been in touch with Richmond Road branch in bangalore regarding settling my card as i have enough stress at work and home and Hospital expenditures.. I made myself clear that I can't pay around 41,000/- for the card and I wish to settle the card.

    During, the course of time i was in touch with Neetu Sharma on 12th Nov and explained her and I tried contacting her several Occasions and I'm being honest. Later, on 26th Nov I spoke to Sameer & Blessy regarding the Settlement and we were finalising it for 15,000/- but i dint confirm the amount as i had to get some money arranged. Meantime, my salary got credited to the account and Ít's all on Hold Funds status.

    Holding to COMPLETE MONEY OF THE PERSON IS REALLY NOT THE RIGHT RULE BY GOVT. HOW WILL THE PERSON SURVIVE??? Specially the common man is extremely effected as The issue is being dealt with bank people. Still they dont stop the Hold funds Option effecting people.
