My name is NIlesh Rinwa From Pune and I am HDFC credit card customer since last 1year.

Complaint: I have spended some amount from hdfc card and after that I have called hdfc credit card customer to EMI option, I had word with the person whose name was JAYA. she told me that to EMI option you need to take one mediclaim policy from HDFC Ergo and I had bought that policy for EMI of my pending Balance.

I got call from HDFC Ergo for the confirmation of the policy and for EMI option. but now the case is different when I checked my next statement I saw that they have only debited Mediclaim policy but never gave any option of EMI. for last 10 months I am paying the EMI of mediclaim policy. my pending balance is not got converted in EMI so they are charging me every month interest.

I have called them 10 to 20 times but they are given proper response and solution. now i would like to do final settelement.

Could any one please hlep me on this.

I have applied for credit card for last 2 months till now i dint get single mail from hdfc bank regarding my credit card status & also i waited for a long time then i called to hdfc credit card customer care number then i come to know that problem is from signature mismatch & again i filled a form of signature mismatched form & i drop the same in hdfc bank long time back but now also i am not getting credit nor my status.
