This is regarding a D.D that was issued to me by my comapny Brightpoint India Pvt ltd. DD no: 757724 favouring MR.RAMESH KANTI PATEL. FOR RS 16443.00 DATED 28/05/2010.

I have an account with HDFC BANK Patto Panjim Branch A/c: 1213100002169 A/c name: Ramesh Patel

The DD was deposited at Delhi Nerhu Place Branch and was not cleared reason being name mismatch and returned back to the Delhi Branch on 31st may 2010, because my fathers name was mentioned in the middle. i.e: Ramesh kanti Patel.

This was only informed after i called up the phonebanker they said it has been dispatched to me at my residential address. but the DD was still lying at the Delhi branch office. after 15 days i called up the my HR. who went to the Delhi branch to re collect the DD. which they refused to give to them,

second time i called the phonebanker they said the DD is in process of being cleared.
after 2 days i called up again they said the DD is returned to your residential address.

Since i didnt receive the DD even after 20 days,
I called up the phone banker logged a complain that the DD is lost Complaint No: #PUN051169. My HR sent me an indemnity bond stating the DD has been lost and get it signed by the bank, which the bank refused since my A/c no was not mentioned..

i called up again the phonebanker. they said it has been dispatched to my residential address. next day i get a call from Pune sayin the DD is in Delhi, we will send it to your Home Branch in Goa b please vist your branch in 3 days , i went after 5 days ie: on th 29th june 2010.. My branch in Goa said they have not received any DD.

The details of the courier say that it has been received and stamped by the Bank on the 25 th of June.

What is goin on???????????
you know the DD is in my name.. only my fathers name is between

Ramesh Kanti Patel(DD) and Ramesh Patel(A/c Name)

when we opne the account you have the information of our parents , mobile number, landmarks, etc.. etc....

WHY DO YOU MAKE YOUR CUSTOMER GO ROUND IN CIRCLES for silly reasons.

Its been a month and I have suffered a lot because of this mess.
