I hav'nt recieved the debit card yet sent through Blue dart on 9th Jan . I did call the phonebanking for an update (MUMC0112128832 is the querry number for yesterdays conversation .) I was instructed that it will be delivered on the 2nd attempt which did not happen. however I recieve my cheque book on the same address.
The customer care states that Blue dart made 2nd attempt & could not find my residence.
I would have appreciated ,had your bank proactively kept my old debit active till I recieve the new one to avoid inconvenience.
yesterday spoke to Sapna & Mitesh who informs that it will take 5 working days to collect the same from the nearest branch ,powai.
