Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that I have a personal loan account ( No. 14639428) with HDFC Bank, what I had taken on month of March 2009, but 5 months form month of August,09 suddenly I had been face some huge personal & financial problem for my child illness and was not able to pay 11 no. EMI installment (Rs.2409 each). After over come the situation, I contact with bank official and according to there advice I have paid all due's along with late payment charges and ECS return charges on month of July 2010. At the time of avail the loan I was employee of the bank at Kolkata. During non payment of EMI (Sept.'09 to July'10) I have change my employer & Location( Nagpur) and same I have updated to the bank record when I have paid entire dues upto Aug'10. Presently I have a salary account with HDFC bank at Nagpur shankernagar branch and on month of Aug'10 I have complete the formalities to the bank to deduct rest of due's through ECS ( Rs.2409/month) and ECS deduction will go upto 02/03/2012.

Sir, I have paid Rs.555 extra as on outstanding upto Nov,10 (PL Statement there with me) still several bank official giving call & customer service sending mail and pressurized me to pay more Rs.7482 for ECS bounce charges but as per loan statement along with me I have already paid on the month of Aug'10. Now bank has started deducting the money from my salary account without any notice after paid all the dues (All Receipt Along With me). Once I contact with bank official to get clarification but I didn't get any support from them and additionally they are doing me mentally harassment. Customer service department sending mail and by written they are forcing me to pay.
I here by writing you all the details and seeking help resole the issue as I am getting huge mentally harassment by the bank.
