Hi,
I am thinking of changing my salary bank account from HDFC bank as i have been trying to reach the phone banking office from the past 1 week and i would have made more than a 100 attempts to do so... but there has been no success. If they cannot provide certain service, why is that HDFC bank needs to profess so much.
Honestly HDFC bank's services SUCK BIG TIME. Apologies for using this kind of language in this forum but i am very frustrated.
Can any one suggest me a better option to catch hold of a person from Phone banking division.
