    Default HDFC BANK WORST ATM SERVICE ( Cash Withdrawal Discrepancy )

    I Hold a Debit card in KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK. ( CRN NO. :: 14888830 )

    I Have a Cash Withdrawal Discrepancy from HDFC ATM MACHINE BHANDUP BRANCH.

    I was suppose to Withdraw Rs 1000 from

    HDFC ATM MACHINE NO - S1ACMB99 ( BHANDUP BRANCH )
    DATE 26-05-10
    Time - 18.46
    Record No. - 2052

    I had entered 1000 / - amount on the display of machine but i have only received 800/- Cash out of machine during transaction.

    It was been informed to ATM Security & he suggested to call HDFC bank.

    I had called the HDFC bank on the same time but it was informed that I have to contact Kotak Bank.

    The same has been informed to KOTAK Mahindra Bank.

    I had received a call after on month stating that the transaction was successful as pr HDFC & VISA & you have received 1000 /- as per HDFC & VISA.

    I don't know whom I Should blame as it was a Machine error to give me 1000/- instead I have only received 800/-

    I don't know who is suppose To give my 200/- back. KOTAK OR HDFC

    Plz Help me in This Matter.

    - ATM Debit / Credit Card Number
    - Complete address of the ATM
    - Date and time of transaction

    Please also include the reference id TTU00059106072010 in your email. A bank representative shall write to you about the details of the transaction as soon as we receive your email.

    Cool discrepency of atm

    i am sanjay kumar thakur my salary account in HDFC bank dehradun Today i have used the ATM in hdfc bank paonta sahib & noticed that Rs-2000/- was deducted but money was not withdraw through atm machine so kindly credit my account.

    please credit this debit amount immediately.
