I hold a kids account in your Uppal branch in the name of N. Rahul. w.r.t.statement sent to me for quarter 4.7.11 to 5.10.11, please find withdrawal amount column for Rs.10,665. It was really shocking and surprising to note the above withdrawal taken without my permission nor consent. I went to your Uppal Branch to verify without any satisfactory answers. When asked to reverse the amount I was asked to pay a 1% penalty. Why am I being penalised for no fault of mine. I request you to kindly look into the matter and revert the 1% penalty taken from me. I will have to report this matter to higher authorities if the penalty is not reverted.
