My HDFC Credit Card has been debited Rs. 2000 without my knowledge in the month of september. I called HDFC bank. They told me that the payment has been made in the name of Reliance Infocomm. I use my credit card to pay the monthly broadband bill of Reliance broadband unlimited connection. The card has been debited Rs. 800 something in the same month.

However, I'm sure that I'm not liable to pay anything to Reliance other than the broadband charges. One more thing is that the amount wrongly charged is exact Rs. 2000. That makes me more confident because I've never paid any bill in long time for that or other round figures. Please let me know what are my options to claim the money back.
