Sub: Amount Rs.671.85 deducted due to “AQB SER CHGS INC ST & CESS JUL-SEP2011”
When I had opened this account it was on zero balance account. Now some time before it was converted into normal account without customer intimation and amount of above subject has been deducted on 13th OCT 2011 due to insufficient balance. I am paying every month my credit bill and Loan amount of 5000 Rs- 7000Rs. through this account only. then what is the meaning of of minimum balance of amount ????? .
How to deduct above amount without customer knowledge and how to converted into normal account without customer intimation. Before change in to normal account HDFC should have asked to customer whether customer wants continue run normal saving account with normal account terms & conditions or wants to close. HDFC never intimated to me about the same .Hence Please return the same amount in to my account and also convert in to salary account.

This is Rahul kaninde, and having HDFC salary account no. 0*********6221 . On OCT 15 Rs.517.00 was deducted from HDFC account.
Why ????

AQB SER CHGS INC ST & CESS JUL-SEP2011

Previously also Rs.827.00 was deducted from this account reason AQB charges.
Then why it happen again.

This is salary account and supposed to be Rs. 0.00 balance.

Then why its deducted again.


Pls do the needful.
