I had applied for a home loan at HDFC limited in the month of Mar'2010 and on the first day submitted all the necessary documents & processing fee cheque as I was told that if the loan is not disbursed then full processing fee would be refunded back; after two months i.e. in the month of May'2010 I was given the sanction letter after my rwpeated followup; but surprisingly after ten days I was verbally told that the property will not be financed as it is too old ..... and despite of my continuous followup I have not been given back the doucments neither the procesing fee, and now whenever I am apporoching to them they are treating me in bad manner.

Write plenty of mails to RBI and National Housing Banks but all the mails to NHB ( as mentioned in their website) are getting bounce back.

Pls help.....
