I and my wife have a account with HDFC Bank, we a got a call from HDFC Bank Naraina (Numer 011-43161620) collection dept on behalf of Mrs Saumya Lochan (My Sister) credit card amount.
Saumya Lochan - who does not stay in India the bank has been provided with her Foreign Mobile numbers for contact purpose.

However, the Agent from the bank called up me and my wife stating your number was given by my father, which was never the case and later on also said about calling other people who were mentioned in the detail while registering with HDFC Bank.

The way the associate was talking was very harassing and inappropriate. It is very insulting and also my father who is a diabetic patient has been taking on this harassment and toll for months now. The bank has been building on a mental pressure and forcing us to pay on behalf of someone who does not stay with us. Also accessing my and my wife's bank information, which may also be a threat to our bank accounts.


KINDLY TAKE SOME ACTION AS THIS IS VERY HUMILIATING AND FRUSTRATING.
