S B Saurastra Merges in S B India

S B I –Burtolla Street Branch asked us to take back our all advance cheque and open a new saving a/c and they will collect ECS from that A/C

We opened saving a/c no 30651433032 on 03/02/2009 and used to keep TWO months EMI in our Saving A/C normally

Now Bank told us that on every 30th of the month they will clear the EMI

They withdrawn EMI as per Bank Statement detail (Xerox attached )

Due to advance withdrawal same month EMI not available for ECS so they charge

01/01/2010 1221.58 For Dec-09 withdrawn on 04-12-2009

Total 4712.06

We complain to the S B India - RAC PC Jeevandeep Building ( Xerox Atteched)

They call me four times but could not solve the problem—only sending the different officer –next officer send to another officer.

S B India –Burtolla Streer Branch is not taking any initiative and accepting the letter- they forwarded to us S B India - RAC PC Jeevandeep Building

My demand is that all EMI is withdrawn in advance and before time then why late payment charges this should be Deposited in my a/c

From the beginning S B Saurastra Burtolla Street Charges @ 8.25% instead of 7.75%
Now S B India charges @ 9.75%

As We took Loan @ 7.75% Fixed why 8.25% and Now 9.75%

Our demand is reverse the 0.5% interest back in our a/c and
2% now they charge should be reverse


We believe in our Indian R B I OMBARDSMAIN court for fair and genuine verdict
