Hi I have filled the form for my salary account in HSBC(Bangalore) MG road Branch nearly 2 months ago and I have not received any particulars like check book, key, internet banking , phone banking etc. They have just called me and gave me my account number . What should I do with that !??. When I call them there is nobody to answer or if somebody does they give inconsistent answers , some say its still in process some say its all done it will be delivered in 2 days. I repeat this is not a personal account this is a salary account for which I have went to bank 2 times. If you are unable to open account please let the people know so that they can open account in some other bank. I have already missed my 2 salaries and this will be the third.
