Sub:Late payment charges and service charges against credit card My hsbc card no. 4476929990017268.

with reference to trail mail i have written the mail to hsbc bank for settlement of my all dues regarding late charges on 13-12-2011.

kindly waive of late payment charges and service charges at the earliest.I am unable to pay the payment in time due to not availability of server on 5 th december and holiday came on 6 th decmber 2011 bank holiday.In such circumstances we hope you consider our request.
due to network problem server of bank is also not available and next day i.e. 6 th december 2011 is bank holiday.Hence i have paid my dues on 7-12-2011.In such case i requested to bank via mail with reminders for waived of but bank has never replied me.

Now they have send me the statement of jan 2012 with late charges which is not acceptable to me.hence i request to you resolve my issues at the earliest.
I am also going to return my hsbc credit card on 15-01-12.
