2 Years back Few agent took my info for Issuing Credit card with HSBC Bank [/B], and i left that city , after 3 months i got a call that i need to do a payment of 7000 Rs , I never got any Credit Card by this bank , i do have proof that i left that city and not been there any time , as i changed my company , even i explain them that i never recived any credit card from than why i should i pay , but again after 2 years i got notice at my hoam that i need to pay 1lacks80 thousand else they will file Criminal complaint against me . And i dont want an issue with my credit history .As i need to apply for Hoam Loan and dont want any issue with this , please let me know how to deal with this .
