Dear Sir,
We have salary a/c with ICICI bank . The Bank was debited rs 6154/- without our concerned . After reaching to bank they said that they deducted amount for our emi card but we alraedy paid the amount before three years bank. When we contact the manager of IICI bank they give very poor response. When wwe asked for details of our emi card statement they didnt give us. When we approach to credit card manager then he told us that he will solve the proablem in 10-15 days. But evevafter one month they didnt response us .We send a many mails to them but they didnt reply it properly.

Pl resolve our problem as early as possible.
