This is your kind information that i Vikas malhotra makes transation at icici bank leela bhavan patiala on 01/10/11. ATM takes its time for transation at the same time i got mesage in my mobile(09814806483) that Rs 1000/-is dectecded from your account,but there was no money at machine.the transation number is 9639. I had complaint twice, request number is 192416653 but they are not giving any positive response becouse accoding to them my transation was completed. My account no. is 005801562628.(salary account, icici bank mohali ph7)

Please help me from this big problum.with nessary action.
