Details of complaint: Dear Sir,
I had withdrwal Rs 15000/- from an ICICI bank ATM from Birahana Road, Kanpur on 25-11-11 at 7.10 pm. ATM id is S1CW5359, TXN NO-4012 but I recieved only Rs 13400/- only instead of Rs 15000/- I had called to ur phone banking officer, he told me that u'll get rest ammount within 24 hours
Still I have not recieved rest ammount. On the other hand I had mail several times but they are not solving my problem.

Kindly do the needful for same ASAP.
