This is regarding non crediting of check no.236728 of Rs. 3500/- deposited in ICICI Bank, Alambagh Branch, Lucknow. The check was submitted for payment on 08.02.2008 in the branch. Even after 1 year the check was not credited. In Sept. 2009 I contacted the branch manager and she expressed her inability to locate the check and assured me to issue a certificate by her bank regarding the same so that I could get another check by the issuing bank. She took my address to post the certificate at my home. But till date i have not received the certificate.
