Andheri Seepz ATM dispensed Rs.1000/- Rs less on 1st Dec, 2010. I tried to withdraw 15000/- but the machine dispensed only Rs14000/-
There is no security person posted in this ATM. I called up customer care, they refused to log a complaint and told me that the amount would be credited to my account within a couple of days.
I checked my account on 6th Dec '10, the amt was not credited.
This time I logged a complaint with Customer Care - they said they will get back to me in 5 working days and provided the request id - SR159911648
Later in the day they sent an SMS " SR159911648 : Dear customer. We are unable to reverse the transaction as it has been fully paid for, as per our records"
This is my Salary account and I'm holding this account since 2001. There are about 15000 employees in my organization.
This is daylight robbery. Let me know what action can be taken against ICICI Bank. Can anyone audit their ATM machines and the banks process for tracking the cash dispensing and recording mechanism.
They are cheating customers and do not have the courtesy to investigate the ATM machine or the genuiness of the complaint.
Please let me know how I can get justice.
