Dear Sir,
I HAVE REQUESTED RS2000 WITHDRAWL AT ATM LOCATED AT NADIAD (ATM I.D-S1CW3553) BUT I AM NOT ABLE TO RECEIVE THE CASH,THE CASH COMES OUT AND SUDDENLY GOES IN THE ATM AGAIN AND THE MONEY IS DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT.THE TRANSACTION DETAILS ARE AS FOLLOWS DATE-08/10/11,TIME-18.38,ATM I.D-S1CW3553,TXN NO.-7025
When i have registered my complain in the icici bank,they told me that it will take 7 working days to proceed my complain.
i wanted to know what if i wanted my money urgently.its only because of bank's atm mistake that i will have to suffer for 7 days,even to get my own money...who is responsible for it.
