Dear Sir,
I am the customer of ICICI bank using service of personal loan and paying EMI regularly in the form of ECS.But from last couple of month they are presenting the EMI multiple time in a month and autodebiting the money
.

in respond when i call to custoer care they ask me to show the bank statement every time and assuring me to return money within 7 days but they dont.After so many followup they return money in 20 to 30 days.

So requesting you to kindly look in the issue.The Loan detail are as follows........
