I am booking one train ticket on 31,jan.2012,but i have not got my ticket from railways because the ICICI bank gateway proceed my payment process by debit card.but i have debited Rs.1654/- from my bank account and i am not get back till today 08.30Pm i have already checked my account.

I have Received a massage from IRCTC during booking the ticket.

You were trying to use icici payment gateway and the transaction could not proceed due to tran not permitted .
