Hi,

ICICI Bank is showing whatever theyb are not doing in all the TV advertisements. None of them do not know what is Customer Staisfaction. If consumers call in their Customer Care, neither they do not attend nor they respond back to the queries posted in their 24 hrs down website.

I am trying to call their Customer Care since morning and none of them managed to pick the phone.

Need to take severe action against the worst bank ever, I have seen.
