I have a 1999 opened savings account with ICICI bank and this morning my mother deposited 2500 for expenses for my medical treatment but I was shocked to see my account having a total balance of Rs.-24622.31.Mails written to ICICIBank is still unanswered.Calls to customer cares get disconnected when kept on hold.
Is this the way the largest bank of India behaves ?
I dont want to put my contact detail on a open forum but will keep a watch over this thread.
