I had opened a FD online with Bank. I selected credit bank to my account option.
FD matured on 28/12/2011. I was expecting money to be credited in my account. They auto renewed my FD. I need to pay now charges to break FD.
Their computer system seems to have serious flaws.
I wrote an email. AN executive Swetha Patel replied me. She says that as per their record FD is in auto renewal mode. Their records itself are wrong. They dont even forward such cases to fraud team.
I am suffering for their bad computer systems.
I want to switch my money to other bank. I need to wait another 6 months to avoid penalty. I cant trust their systems. They are playing with our money.
