    Default ICICI Bank-Haking of Salary A/C

    Respected Sir/Madam,

    I am Holding a salary account of ICICI bank at Hazira Branch , surat and my account number as 039101505159. I lost Rs. 25000/- from my account. Now I would like to tell you how I lost my amount without my interfere. I got an SMS from TD-ICICI bank with URN at 2:05pm on 31-10-2010 after a few seconds I got a call from unknown person, his mobile number is 7829436065& 7875347851 . He told that, “ I am from ICICI customer care and we are updating & integrating with new interface so, we need your URN number”. After receiving his call, I told my URN number to that person. After finishing the above conversation around at 2:45pm I received one more SMS that is, “Rs. 25000/- (Twenty Five Thousand Rupees) drown from my account”. My account money i.e, Rs. 25000/- have transferred to that unknown persons account by himself .
    Bank address from where the that unknown person drawn the amount & his Transaction ID is
    Bill*000185484341*NAIK*NSP

    Please verify the above given i information and kindly take an immediate action. I shell be very thankful for that.

    Respected Sir/Madam,

    I am Jitesh Mangilal Lohar. Holding a saving account of ICICI bank in at Palghar Branch, Dist-Thane (Maharashtra). I lost Rs. 59000/- from my account on 06-Nov-2010 at 12.48 PM. Now I would like to tell you how I lost my amount without my knowledge. Before that I have received a call from a person who introduced me as ICICI banks customer care executive, his mobile number is 7709377905 at around 12.15 PM on 06-Nov-2010. He told me that, we are updating & integrating new system for internet as well as mobile banking and for that we need URN number which they will send SMS soon. After this discussion I had received SMS from TM-ICICIBNK with URN number at 12.23 PM on 06-Nov-2010. After receiving SMS again received call from same number as mentioned above at around 12.30 PM to know that URN number. And at 12.48 PM I have got one more SMS that “Rs. 59000/- (Fifty Nine Thousand Rupees) drown from my account”. My account money i.e, Rs. 59000/- have transferred to that unknown persons account by himself. Bank address from where the that unknown person drawn the amount & his Transaction ID is
    Bill*000186863053*ICCI*NS.

    After this entire incident, I and my father went to branch but any of executive didn't entertain us with information that we have to complaint at ICICI Bank Customer Care No. I communicated with ICICI Bank customer Care Executive by telephonic conversation on ICICI Bank Customer Care No. He heard all my information and told that, we have to make a complaint in local Police Station. I complained at Local Police station with application and bank statement on 08-Nov-2010.

    Now please verify the above given information and kindly take an immediate action. I shell be very thankful for that.

    Default For the Correctness of my A/C Money

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I (N/Sub Sukhjinder Singh ) am serving in 67 Engr Br Regt.and my sallary A/C in your ICICI bank Meerut. My A/C No. is 625801518726. and I was inserted money fron PNB ATM Kankarkhera(Meerut Cantt) 5000/- rupees two times dated 03.10.2010 time 1600 hrs but i could collect money only 5000/- and second time money can not collect. and while checked the money in ATM my account balance is diffi 10000/- rupees.
    the i was give complaint two times in ICICI bank meerut in written. our complaint no. is 153929591 and 156646230. but he is not taking action.
    So I request to you please checked my complain and send back money in my A/C.

    hi friends still you want to use cheating icici bank, do you know one thing your money was not cheated by third persons, its absolutely by icici manager and staffs. so your complaint will not going to solve at any stage. untill you approach consumer court or other way... BE PRATICE TO ADVICE TO YOUR FRIEND AND FAMILIES THAT NOT TO USE ICICI BANK FOR ANY CASE (INSURANCE, LOAN, CREDITCARD, DEMAT ETC ETC ) AS I AM DOING. THE NUMBER 1 FRAUD AND CHEATING ICICI BANK.

    True,

    These employees from these non secured banks and not trust worthy.
    They know all the loopholes, and how to manipulate things and knock out money from customers account.
    Giving a complaint with customer care is alone not sufficient.
    write a mail to the respective bank from the website, take a print out and lodge a complaint with Ombudsman, consumer court for immediate action.
