Respected Sir,

ICICI bank is a renowned name in private banking sector as per my knowledge. This is due to its instant services, more working hours & well behaved, good mannered staff (employees).
But this belief is not true with Ratnagiri branch. Coming to the point almost 4 months back I have applied for new ATM card in Ratnagiri branch. I am working in HR & Admin dept. of JSW Energy Ltd, Ratnagiri. Which is also corporate customer & 150 to 200 salary account had been opened in Ratnagiri branch.

Sir, I had already submitted 3 written request applications ( in last 4 months ) guided by ICICI staff, but particularly one incidence I want to highlight which has been happened 15 days back due to delay of ATM PIN & after 2 written request applications. I had gone to meet branch manager Mr. Anant Deshmukh considering that he will take some practical steps being a branch Manager. But all my thinking gone in vein since the way he had behaved with me ( He was arrogent & relpied that you can close the account if you want i have no issue, account closing form is available at the counter) & his answers to me were totally irresponsible instead of apologizing. He had acted in such a way that he doesn’t care for his customers & he had given all politically correct answers except the solutions.

I have received ATM insta after 4 months & still net banking password & pin are pending. Many of my colleagues are facing service issues with ratnagiri branch. Hence on behalf of all i request you to take some serious action on above complaint.
