This is one of the most conspicuous and damming proof that even your salary savings account in ICICI bank is not secure .
I had a ongoing dispute with ICICI credit card department, which continued for more than one year regarding their unjustified claim on late payment and subsequent finance charges, which kept accumulating during the same time period. Though there was no actual base payment pending against any of the transaction. Now after a lull of two & half years ICICI bank , without any notification and intimation deducted Rs. 17178.13 from my savings account.
Even their FAMED 'customer care' didn't take up any complaint and through mail they simply replied ' This is DONE and we won't return anything' . I just wanted their clarification about violation of my fundamental rights of my savings account . But it's a same reply from ICICI.

I request any qualified person for suggesstion on a suitable course of action that may be initiated against ICICI and even highlight the failure of RBI on reining control on private banks specially ICICI who are on many occasion turn CHEATER to their customer.
