Recently I experienced a problem.

i.e. according to new point based system for UK visa, it is mandatory to show that funds min of 28 days in concern person account.
for my student dependent visa (Tire-4) i am maintaining More Rs: 3,7lac in my ICICI account.
i planed to apply after getting my wife visa, she got her visa on 4th October 2011 on same day "i took bank statement from one of the branch. i have clearly mention in duplicate statement request form it is for visa purpose. duplicate statement issued with a charge of Rs.110.00. but my visa got refused by mentioning reason
"1.A photocopy of ICICI bank statement dated 07/10/11. I also note the bank statement does not bear the bank's logo. you have not submitted the original document and i am not satisfied you have provided evidence of funds that meet the requirements of the PBS published guidance.
2. you have not shown any other evidence of funds
i am therefore not satisfied that there will be sufficient funds available to you as set out in appendix E.(paragraph 319C(g) of HC 395 as amended)"

i have therefore refused your application because i am not satisfied, on the balance of probabilities, that you meet all of the requirements of the relevant paragraph of the UK immigration rules.

here Visa application cost Rs. 20,900
apart from this my wife was not confident to go alone with that view i reapplied by spending another Rs.20900 with another statement. by the day i got my visa my wife is too late to attend university. she lost her admissions and the deposit of pounds 3000 non-refundable from university.

what is the best action i can do please advice me i am in huge depression that i lost money and i and my wife need to wait for another 3 months for nest intake.
