i am working in an MNC. i have created my salary account with icici bank. They have debited Rs-1000/ without the knowledge of me on 07-oct-2010. i called to customer care today. But from the bank side they are telling that amount debitted on behave of icici prodential that too my account is not having the ECS option enabled. I called to customer care and asked to take the complaint against the manager of icici bank mahindra city he was cut my call without the response(he is not ready to take my complaint also . i got too much angry becaz of that i got head ache too. money is not a matter. they have stolen without the knowledge of me that is the only thing made me to angry.
