I forgot my Transaction password of net banking.. i asked ICICI customer care to reset my password.. they said they would do it in 24 hours... they have charged me Rs 55 for it but I didnot receive any new password... now i have again submitted the request for change and I am sure that i would be charged again. the service is pathetic. I had earlier submitted a request for refunding Rs 400 which I got less during an atm transaction where i got only 3600 instead of 4000 which was cut from my account. i have tried calling customer care so many times but to no avail. i get charged for calling customer care and still i dont gget anything out of it.

now i am going to you inform that my self prakash kumar pandey and my account in icici bank and account no is 133301501889 and i was withdrawn on 2nd spe-2011 from axis bank atm amount fifrd time 10,000 (ten thousand) and second time 5,000(five Thousand only) and that time total amount in my account only 15,128(fifteen thousan and one hundred twenty eight rupees only and after withdrawn my amount in my account only rs-128 rupees only .
Next time i have to visit mithanpura branch of icici bank at muzaffarpur for my monthly statetment and see 10000/- rupess extra withdrawn and contact to branch manager mr anupam and he is recived my Atm and crack this and told me it is fault from atm of axis bank and your account will be clear within 30 dyas and also rs 5000/- deduct from my account and my account problem is not solved now the date.
so i request to you please take action regarding same and released my amount from icici bank.
