i ratan maheshwari,editor of bazar bazz newspaper would like to bring in notice towards our readers problem who was being cheated by your bank’s home loan department. The person who was cheated whose a/c no was lbind00001154086 who took loan in around 2005 whih they took loan according to your sanctioned letter for that loan dated 24/09/05(s-4491535) on frr basis @8.5% which was sanctioned on less 1.5% at 7.25% but according to the account statement from 24/09/05 till 12/12/06 you linked it to plr rates at that time.
According to the study plr rates are always 2% higher than frr rates and due to your misleading that person suffered a loss of around 2 lac rs. If you are doing this with everty person related to your bank for the same that means you are cheating with all of them.
I will publish this article with all full prrofs of your cheating in my and other newspaper also if you are doing so.and will let general public get aware about your cheatings and misleading to them.
The above person has also filed a case against you in the court and here also you people have not appeared there for about 6 months and after 6 months you gave a totally irrelevant excuse about your manager getting transferred from the town or he was on leave whatever.
You don’t take emi’s of people who take loan from your bank or will you excuse your customers from submiting there emi’s when your manager is not present???? No you take all emi’s and other irrelevant charges also.
But you will give such irrelevant and obnoxious excuses in court on hearing.
And i have also got the rates plr and frr from your bank only, which is an important evidence to prove you as a deciever in the court by the petitioner.
Please answer to the mail in 24 hours or else i will take as your silent consent as prooving your misdeed.other wise i will publish it in newspaper.
