    Default ICICI Commeting Theft

    Hi,

Today was my last day to pay bill for my ICICI Credit Card. I was planning to pay it using cash in my Saving Account with ICICI bank and both are linked.

TO my surprize, 2 days back money was deducted from my account for no apparent reason.

    2 21/09/2010 ECS/RETN/CHRGS/210910/IF DR INR 225.00

Due to this now i have shortfall of cash in my current ICICI account and thus will not be able to pay entire credit card bill and thus extract penalty.

Even if they refund by amount 225 in full, due to this theft I will be charged fine in my Credit Card. This is deleberate act of theft from ICICI. I tried to call them up and everytime I get answer to call later as system is down.

    ICICI is robbing me openly.

This is what they are doing.

    1) Deduct 225 from my account for no reason ( Theft)

    2) I fall short of cash on Credit Card repayment ( Deleberate act due to Theft)

    3) Rs 225 is already taken as theft. Even if refunded I have already attacted fine on ICICI Credit card. (Delebrate theft)
