Four year ago i have icici credit card. One day ICICI Lombards pune calling me that you are lucky winner to get our health insurance free and you have some 678Rs monthly premium charges. From my side i am happy for i am lucky winner. After three days guy come and collect data and documents what he requires, week there is no responce, after two no responce then i call to Lambord office through help of Credit card then i get reply from ICICI Lambord i.e. Your policy is not selected and not to worry i will get my document back asap. After One year ICICI Credit card department call my home and asking payments for my credit card that time i am in abroad. When i came back then found lots of late charges they mark on my credit card i.e. charges of Lambords policy Premium. I try lots time to solve this problem . Then Credit card department agree about mess happen due to Lambord and they also agree that your not single, lots of other also have same problem. After that i again went to abroad , when i came back ICICI call e again for same issue that time i went credit card department then i got reply with system down and we will solve my querry.

Now after four years today, i got call from pune that they have notice against me regarding same issue asking me 30000 Rs. to settle the issue.

Please help me regarding same. Now i am help less.
