I had applied for debit card as an upgradation offer and received mail from ICICI that it has been dispatched on 11th Oct,2011 thorugh JSD Courier. When I tried to call this courier service no one is picking up the call. After sending several service request ti ICICI when I still didn't get any response I called their customer care. They told they don't have any contact number of this courier and they can't do anything until it is returned to bank.
How can ICICI give such an important thing to deliver to courier service of which they don't even have a working contact number ?
This is very much annoying as I still haven't received my debit card, can't track its status and now I can't do anything.
