Unauthorised deduction of amount from HDFC Credit card towards ICICI LOMBARD

On 9th November, when I called the ICICI Lombard Online insurance to renew my 2 wheeler insurance little did I know that they had also debited an extra Rs 5484 from my credit card which was not authorised.

On 29th Nov when I realised that my Credit card details had been misused I lodged a complaint with ICICI Lombard ('ICICILom=007-912-184').

Today after 7 days, I receive an update saying it will take 5 more days to refund Rs 5484 which was wrongly deducted from my credit card from some other person's insurance.

BUt I insist that I get a COMPENSATION for the inconvenience caused and INTEREST on the money lend by ICICI LOMBARD from me for almost 45 days.

Kindly help me in this matter.
